The House Tour
Catering
All of our meals are freshly cooked by our private chef who has over 20 years of hands on experience in the hospitality industry. 18 years of which have been dedicated to honing their skills as a committed chef across hotels and restaurants, alongside being a private chef for artists and events.
We offer lunch and a two course dinner for all clients with a complimentary breakfast for clients who are staying on site.

We are also able to offer a neighbouring Airbnb, The Decoy Annex which comprises of the following;

Ufford Park Hotel
When clients need additional accommodation for their extended team, the Ufford Park Hotel is a popular choice. The Hotel is just a 3 minute drive from the studio and includes an award-winning golf course, Suffolk’s only two-tiered driving range, a Thermal Suite day spa, indoor pool and well-equipped gym, bar and restaurant.

Decoy Recording Studios and Residential House - £1050 per day excl. VAT
Decoy Annex - £400 per week
Catering £35 per head per day; includes lunch and two course dinner (complimentary breakfast will be available to clients staying on site)
All bedrooms are changed once per week free of charge, any additional changes will be £35 per room to cover cleaning and laundry costs
